• Standardized Color Formulation Conditions and Procedures
• Execute knowledge of color databases and fundamental working knowledge of recognizing the best color measurement method to achieve color matching accuracy, and determination of visual or spectral color tolerances for quality control.
• Understands color science principles and applies them to create color match formulas and contribute to color development work
• Optimizes color formulas for quality
• Minimize the leftover of ink and reusing them.
• Ink mixing & color matching (Rotogravure Ink)
• Communicates results by writing technical reports
• Establish a timeline by required due date
• Ensure color matches and formulations are executed in a manner providing the most economical and competitive product for both our manufacturing facilities and our customers
• Colour matching of job according to given sample

PREFERENCE:

• Familiar with Flexible Packaging Printing on Rotogravure Machines (No offset)
• Understanding of lamination process and slitting machines

Position Summary:

The ERP & System Specialist provides oversight and support for the various software systems within the business to maintain daily operations and to facilitate increased capabilities, capacity, and efficiencies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implementation of an ERP system.
  • Evaluate, respond, and troubleshoot ERP application issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Should have the ability to redesign processes according to each department’s functionality.
  • Participate in developing required software applications and enhancements.
  • Assist Finance and Operational departments to train and instruct users of ERP with respect to their specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary.
  • Ensure the ERP system meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements.
  • Ensures that the company takes advantage of all available modules of the ERP system
  • Perform required daily functions to ensure the smooth running of the ERP System.
  • Train all users within the organization on the ERP system.

Required Qualifications, Skills

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer sciences or Information Technology specializing in ERP’s along with Articles completed from a Chartered Accountant Firm.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience working as  an ERP Specialist or related business software
• Ability to identify and resolve issues
• Excellent knowledge and keen understanding of ERP system modules and processes and a strong knowledge of Excel.
• Complete understanding of business processes that make up the foundation for an ERP system.
• Strong finance and accounting skills
• Preference will be given to candidates with the relevant experience as outlined in the job description.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Job Description:

This is a long term full time position as a permanent employee within the company. Candidate will be working in a highly automated and fast paced environment and should be willing to travel.

Skills Required:

Ladder logic programming
Electrical and network debug
Program Control Logic and experience working with PLC controllers such as Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens etc.
Should be able to design HMI GUI’s
Should be able to debug, install and provide support on all types of PLC and HMI screens.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must be willing to work overtime and shift hours. Candidates MUST have: Minimum 3 year working experience with Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Omron PLC controllers and different types of HMI screens.
Should have experience working with GT Designer and GT works
Minimum 2 year Technical Diploma or 4 year BSC degree in electrical/electronics or mechatronics engineering
Minimum 3 years experience required for candidates  to be considered
