Fat and Oil Products

Prepac has been converting co-extruded 5 layer LDPE film with nylon based barriers for hydrogenated oil, cooking oil, mayonnaise, sauces, ketchup, butter, margarine and Vanaspati etc. Pillow and stand-up pouches are normally used for packing these products. This product group includes rather aggressive chemical components,

therefore the packaging must be made of the materials with high barrier properties. Prepac recommends that the packing material for these products should be of either three or five layer composition with certain barrier properties. We print and convert butter packaging foils, along with stand-up pouches and reel-stock for all your packaging requirements.
